Throughout his distinguished career, Golden’s success and highest achievements have been the result of recognizing opportunity—both in challenging and robust economic periods—and taking proactive, timely measures to capitalize on it. He is an accomplished attorney and financier specializing in public finance, real estate and structuring innovative financial transactions. To date, Domain has acquired, financed, and asset managed multifamily properties and senior housing facilities comprising over $1 billion in transactions. Combined with his experience as an investment banker, Golden has originated and closed almost $2 billion in transactions.
Mr. Carroll is the Chief Operating Officer for Domain Communities and is also the founder and principal of Triad Partners, Inc., a real estate development company specializing in developing commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers and medical office buildings, and investing in multifamily properties.He has 40 years of real estate development and investment experience, acting as a principal in over 2.0MM square feet of commercial development projects and investing and managing over 4,000 units of multifamily properties. Mr. Carroll served as a senior executive of a former NYSE listed REIT specializing in the acquisition and development of medical office buildings and senior care investments.
Mr. Carroll is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He also serves on the Board of the USC Marshall School of Business.
Mr. Needham is General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Domain Communities. He began his career as a real estate attorney at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth in Newport Beach, California, where he rose to partner and spent nearly 15 years representing owners, developers and investors of multifamily and other real estate product types. During his tenure at Stradling, Mr. Needham met J.D. Golden, founder and Chairman of Domain Communities, and represented Mr. Golden and his affiliated companies, including his L.A. based investment banking company.
After 7 years as a real estate developer and principal, Mr. Needham returned to practicing law at the international law firm, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, in Costa Mesa, California. He quickly reunited with J.D. Golden, once again representing Domain Communities on its acquisition, disposition and financing of multifamily assets. After 3 years of legal representation, Mr.
Needham joined Domain Communities. Mr. Needham oversees the legal aspects of Domain Communities’ multifamily and investment ventures. Mr. Needham received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1990 and a B.S. in Business Administration (Real Estate and Finance emphasis) from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1987.
Mr. Lim is the Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Domain Communities. He is involved in every aspect of the multifamily investment lifecycle and has played an integral role in underwriting and coordinating project financings since joining the Domain team in 2005. He has actively closed over $500M in transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and special projects. In addition, Mr. Lim has overseen the management and financial performance of Domain’s portfolio of properties across Arizona, Georgia, Oklahoma and Texas.
Mr. Lim received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona. He is a licensed realtor in Arizona and is a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Nicholas joined Domain Communities in 2020 and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, as well as overseeing all aspects of construction management. Before joining Domain, Mr. Weaver was an executive at a leading aerospace company in Southern California where he was responsible for all investing and acquisitions activity.
Mr. Weaver received his undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Southern California and his MBA from USC.
Truc-Ly Ho is the Director of Business Solutions for Domain Communities. An energetic individual, Ms. Ho has gained valuable experience and insight in the real estate industry since joining the company in 2015. She has been involved in every aspect of the multifamily lifecycle, including conducting due diligence, coordinating with lenders to arrange project financings, drafting private placement memoranda, maintaining responsibilities related to investor relations, and the recapitalization and disposition of assets.
Prior to working at Domain, Ms. Ho was a litigation attorney. She received a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Janet Yosowitz has over 10 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. She has played an integral role in the company, including sourcing and identifying key assets, participating in fundraising activities, and overseeing the daily operations of the company.
Ms. Yosowitz holds a bachelor of science from Indiana University.
