Domain acquired CityCenter in 2015 as the neighborhood was in the midst of a complete revitalization. The property is located directly adjacent to the new $1.6 billion Atlanta Falcons Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the MARTA light rail station, and the Georgia World Congress Center. Residents can walk directly to the stadium via the new $20 million pedestrian bridge next door to the  property. The renovation of Martin King Jr. Drive, which borders the south side of the property, will provide new sidewalks and create an attractive connection from the neighborhood to the stadium and surrounding amenities.

Formerly called Courtyard at Maple, Domain renamed the property and made extensive improvements, including adding a classic metal roof on the clubhouse, refinishing the pool, creating new common areas, and redesigning and installing a new monument sign.
