Recognizing that the Phoenix market was at the very early stages of recovery, Domain acquired Autumn Ridge Apartments in 2014. At 672 units on 31 acres, this represented one of the largest multifamily purchases in Phoenix at the time. The property included 4 swimming pools, a stand-alone fitness center, enclosed soccer field, covered playground, and tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

Domain rebranded the property as “Latitude Apartments” and embarked on a massive repositioning of the property, including spending nearly $4 million on renovating the clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, and unit interiors.
