Continuing its commitment to acquire significant value-add multifamily assets in Arizona, Domain purchased Palm Canyon, an exceptionally well-located Tucson apartment community in 2014. As part of the renovation plan, Domain transformed the leasing center to create a functional and inviting space. Enhancements included updated furnishings, lighting, flooring, and a newly-created area for residents, featuring a coffee bar, large flat screen TV, computers and communal work stations.
